Bugando Medical Centre is a consultant and teaching hospital for the Lake and Western zones of the United Republic of Tanzania. It is situated along the shores of Lake Victoria in Mwanza City. It has 900 beds and over 1000 employees. It is a referral centre for tertiary specialist care for eight regions, namely: - Mwanza,Geita, Simiyu, Mara, Kagera, Shinyanga, Tabora and Kigoma. Qualifications
Holder of an Ordinary Secondary School Certificate and must have at least three (3) years working experience in the related field. Must have a Pre-Nursing Certificate from recognized institution.

· Providing basic health education to in patients and relatives in the ward.
· Ensuring that all utensils are clean.
· Inspecting the Institute clinical areas.
· Advising matron on all matters relating to cleaning duties.

Medical Records Technician II

 The Arusha International Conference Centre (AICC) was established under the Public Corporations Act No. 17 of 1999 by a Presidential Order through Government Notice number 115, published on 25th August, 1978. The Centre is wholly owned by the Government of United Republic of Tanzania and operates under the purview of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation.

The AICC was established to manage and control the Headquarter's complex of the defunct East African Community in Arusha which belonged defunct East African Community. It also owns Julius Nyerere International Convention Centre as per Arusha lnternational Conference Centre (Amen' Order of 2014, dated 19th March, 2014; and provide facilities and services on the complex for purposes of conferences, meetings, seminars etc.

Qualifications

· Provide advice on workers rehabilitation programmes for workers with work related problems such as disabilities to regain their normal health status
· Investigate and report on occupational accidents and occupational diseases
· Monitor and detect occupational disease or conditions with regard to prevalence in known and unknown activities
· Conduct follow up inspections to ensure corrective measures have been implemented
· Performing any other related duties as may be assigned by the Head (Occupational Medicine)
Qualifications and Experience

Job Description

  • Conduct medical examination/ investigation and provide appropriate treatment.
  • Identify problems occurring in the clinical setting and determine possible solutions and implement them.
  • Conduct counseling to the HIV Studies participants
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with regards to information obtained from the patients and results obtained from investigations
  • Assist the Principal Investigator to organize and conduct training, coaching and mentoring to health personnel working in the studyand conduct presentations at both national and international levels regarding to the study as requested by your superior.

Clinics Lead

Job purpose
The Clinics Lead is a key member of the senior management team and is responsible for managing, developing, monitoring and supporting the growth of the network of MST clinics, with the long-term of developing a sustainable social business. He/she is also responsible for ensuring that high quality standards are maintained. Clinics Lead works closely with the Customer Care Advisor, Centre Managers and other key members of the Health Services Department to coordinate and monitor all clinics related activities, and contribute towards the achievement of the MST Power of 10 Strategy. The Clinics lead reports to the Director of Health Services and directly supervises the Customer Care Advisor and Centre Managers. She/he represents MST externally as required by Director of Health Services.


Minimum Requirements
●Minimum of a University Degree in Health-related Sciences, Social Business Development, Social Science, or International Development Management; MBA as an advantage.

● Knowledge of Health Systems Management, Family Planning, Social Marketing and Commercial Health Services is an advantage.

● Documented experience in management of health facilities (hospitals, health centres)

● At least 5 years of experience in a management position, preferably in the health systems management, hospital management, Family planning, community development, and/or social marketing industry.

● At least 5 years of experience in managing multi-tiered management structures of medical professionals, health outreach teams, social marketing, M&E, and/or project development teams.

● Proven track record of people management and leadership skills of not less than 5 years in a senior management position.
