Duties and responsibilities Staff Records Management Ensure all staff files are up to date, accurate and in the right format. Confidentiality of all employee records. Human Resource Information Management System (HRIMS) Ensure all employee data is accurately inputted in the system Update of all policies in the system. Ensure any corrections, changes and amendments are done

HR Committee participation, facilitation and functions Spearhead activities of First Aid Committee Spearhead CSR Activities Ensure all procurement adhere to the set procedures. Ensure disciplinary functions. Review these functions and changes required.
Safety & Health management Compliance to the OSHA Act, Tanzania. Conduct OSHA audits Sensitize employees on safety and health matters.
Reports Timely submission of monthly reports Conduct employee surveys e.g. satisfaction levels

Experience:

Specific Activities

Experience requirements

  • Three to five years’ experience in a busy Human Resources and Admin environment.
  • Experience in recruitment, handling of employee benefits, medical schemes, office services management and communication issues we be an added advantage.

Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of HR systems - Familiar with Tanzania Labor Law

Position: Finance & HR Manager

In this start up role, you will be responsible to oversee the effective and efficient financial, administrative and human resource management of the Centre. Your hands-on experience includes financial and cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, day-to-day accounting, preparation of financial statements and asset management. Additionally, you are adept with all aspects of human resources management including recruitment, performance management, compensation and relevant regulatory requirements.
